Alabama's David Steen introduces new CD

Alabama's David Steen has just introduced his fourth CD "Diary Of A Heartache" containing 13 of his newest songs many of which were written by him. 

 On the album are "Why", "A Million Miles", "Damned Old Love Song", "Tails I Cry", "I Miss Us", "The Wrong Man", "Brighter Days", "Love Moves", "It's Raining", "Too Damned Young", "To Watch Love Die", "On Paper" and "Empty Bottle"

  Other song writers on the album included F. Lackey, Ryan Shurette, Ryan Robertson, Mark Lyle and William Sizemore. 

Playing with Steen are Brian Carter on lead guitar, Tedd Wilson on bass guitar, Robertson on piano/keys; Roger Hammett on drums/banjo, Lyle and Lackey on acoustic guitar and Brian Carter on dobro.

Doing backup vocals are Lyle, Ric Christman, Lackey and Mimi Gentry. 

The new CD was recorded at Mark Lyle's Studio in Roopeville, Georgia

  Born in Atlanta, GA. Steen moved to Trickum Valley at age six and started learning guitar and writing songs in his mid 20's 

Steen has opened shows for John Berry, John Micheal Montgomery,Aaron Tippen,Charlie Daniel,Rascal Flats,Josh Turner ,Confederate Railroad,Molly Hatchet, and The Kentuckey Head Hunters.

He has been a regular at the world famous Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville, he is a published writer with several single song contracts with DSM Producer.

Steen likes to be involved with fund raises for breast cancer walks and rides for life and also uses talent to help raise money for Toys For Tots.
